I received this bassinet yesterday and was very pleased. The Bassinet was not fully assembled, but I am 9 months pregnant and I was able to put it together in less than 10 minutes. I love that the bedding is removable for washing. Of course I have already washed it before baby comes to make sure that all dyes were off and it washed excellently. I would definately reccomend this to any new parent. I can't wait to put my little one in this bassinet. The bottom shelf is like a thick piece of cardboard, but it does the job. I love the two baskets for storage and toys at the bottom. Great Product.

poor quality February 5, 2007 Reviewer:  mom of 2 See all my reviews >

This item looks great online but thats it. The fabric for the canopy doesnt fit on its frame. When we put the fabric on the frame the elastic tore away ans instantly stretched out.
Over all the whole thing is very poorly put together and feels flimsy.

ok, but concerned... February 15, 2007 Reviewer:  bigdaddynacho "NacHo" (Diboll, TX, USA)  See all my reviews >

great looking bassinet, but i'm a little concerned about the safety of the product. it's not real sturdy, and the buttons that hold the basket to the frame are real cheap. i broke one just trying to put it together. i would expect that from the [cheaper] model, but not from one that i paid [so much for]!

Nice Bassinet May 13, 2009 Reviewer:  B. Fitch Real Name (Cleveland, OH)  See all my reviews >

I just received two of these today for my twin boys on the way. They were fairly simple to put together (the first baby furniture I put together without my husband's help!) and seem to be of good quality. While they don't have the frills of the more expensive ones (thick crib mattress, soft bedding, etc), they are perfect for us for the four months they will be used for. I would recommend this product to friends and family.

Sending it back July 3, 2008 Reviewer:  Unpleased Mom "RC" (Bentonville, AR)  See all my reviews >

I was so surprised when I opened up the box to find a bassinet made of cardboard and plastic. It is so flimsy, the side of the bassinet was pushed in and dented and looked like what a bent piece of poster board would look like. The staples holding part of it together were coming out and the entire bassinet itself toppled over on me several times as I was putting it together. According to the box and the shipping fee we paid, the item weighs 50 lbs, I would say more like 10. We are sending this item back pronto and getting a new one, and not ordering it online.
